Lets not kid ourselves.  Loretta Lynns is the biggest and most important race of the whole year.  We understand this, so this year we have contructed a 1:1 scale replica track.  Laptimes for A riders ranging from the 1:53-1:58 range.  We've installed a full 30 man pnematic starting gate, sand sections, and even a 120ft billboard to give the riders that real feel.

Enough about the track.  How about the training?  We have program that will have you ready for the ranch. We have a great coaching staff led by Gregg Albertson and a rotation of guest coaches will be helping to make sure everyone is at their best.  Many camps train 4-5 days in a row.  This is not good for anything but convenience for the business models.  We will have a schedule of days that allows for maximium effort and sufficient rest.  You forfiet your personal life the whole month and so do we.    Understand the the body needs rest and we are working with Greg Direnzo PhD in Kinesiology to make sure we aren't going to burn anyone out.  Our program days goes as follows:

Training Schedule will be posted every evening on the starting line for the following day.

We also will have specialized rider development plans.  After group training is finished each day we will have  private meetings or training with the coaches if needed or requested.  This could include 1 on 1 section, oval, start training or just a talk to help the athlete"s mindset.

We will be training at our track prodominantly but we may take a field trip if we see fit to our sand track.  If you do not have transportion we will help you set that up.
